A frost delay, a change of tee, the bar's shut — it goes on every golfer's screen, to their phone, and by email.
Invite a co-organiser to sign in with their own email — no password to share.
If this is your account, deleting it removes everything in it for good: every event, draft, league, course and co-organiser. If someone invited you in, only your own sign-in goes and their account carries on. Golfers keep their own Greenbound accounts either way.
Who starts where and when — works the same for a traditional tee sheet (same hole, staggered times) or a real shotgun start (different holes, same time).
Print tee/cart signs →This event is set up as a team competition, like a Ryder Cup. Turn that off on the Rounds tab if that's no longer right.
For a multi-day event: after a Stableford round, someone who played well can be cut for the next round, and someone who struggled can get a boost — a real thing organisers do, but there's no official formula, so it's entirely your own rule. Nobody gets touched unless you apply it here.
Tap any score to fix it. This overrides whatever players entered — it always wins, and it settles any disagreement outright.
Who's paid, who hasn't, and one tap to chase the rest. Nothing goes through Greenbound — players pay you straight by bank transfer or your own payment link, so there are no card fees to swallow or pass on.
Every event you've run, added up into one running table — the same idea as a society's Order of Merit. Points come from where you finished each day (1st in a field of 12 is worth 12, last is worth 1), so different formats and field sizes still stack up fairly against each other. A round with nobody scored yet doesn't count.
Standout golfers across the season, not just the winners — most birdies, most pars, the 2s sweep, eagles or better, and the best single rounds. Worked out from every card you've already scored, the same birdie/par/eagle counting the day's own awards use.
36 points is playing exactly to handicap. Edit the numbers to match your own club or society’s rule. Each player’s own adjustment stays on the Players tab.
Wipe every score and finished card so the day can be played again from scratch. Players, course and tee times stay.
